Context
The Office des Postes et Télécommunications (OPT-NC) regularly updates its mobile infrastructure through the installation or upgrade of antennas across New Caledonia.
These changes require recalculating mobile network coverage (3G, 4G, 4G+) to accurately reflect real network availability in the field.
Solution implemented
MAGIS developed a complex and automated geospatial processing pipeline to recompute mobile network coverage after each antenna update. 3G, 4G and 4G+ coverage maps are automatically generated and published for public access.
